About EMDR
EMDR helps individuals overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional difficulties. It can be helpful for people struggling with fears or patterns that hold them back — for example in relationships, work, or self-confidence. It is also effective for those who have experienced overwhelming events or periods of crisis, as well as for people dealing with chronic stress, sleep difficulties, or distressing memories.
EMDR is a structured, body–mind-based therapeutic approach that helps people process stress and experiences that may keep them feeling stuck. Instead of talking "about" the problem, this therapeutic work is is experiential, allowing insight and healing to emerge naturally from within. Over time, this can lead to shifts in how people experience familiar emotional triggers and challenges.
About me
I am an EMDR Europe accredited practitioner and a licensed clinical psychologist in Israel, with 12 years of clinical experience.
I originally trained in a psychodynamic orientation, and over the years I have increasingly focused my work on EMDR therapy. I am especially drawn to experiential therapeutic work, which integrates mindfulness, somatic awareness, and imagination as important tools in the process of change.
Since completing my EMDR training with Andrew Leeds in 2023, I have continued to be inspired by this method's ability to facilitate meaningful change in a focused and often surprisingly efficient way. Since then, EMDR has become a central part of my clinical work.
